Refund policy
At Belle Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase or service. We follow the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which means you are entitled to certain guarantees for products and services. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict your rights under Australian law.
Services (Lash and Brow Treatments)
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, or failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions. If you experience an issue with the service provided, we may offer a correction, adjustment, or remedy at our discretion.
If a service fails to meet the consumer guarantees under the ACL — for example, if it is not provided with due care and skill or within a reasonable timeframe — you may be entitled to a remedy such as a partial refund or re-performance of the service.
Digital Products (E-books and Guides)
All sales of digital products, including e-books and downloadable guides, are final. Refunds will not be given for change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to use the product. Refunds will only be provided where required by the ACL, such as where the digital product is defective, not as described, or fails to function as advertised.
Physical Products (Lash and Brow Aftercare)
We do not provide refunds for change of mind once a product has been purchased. Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct item before completing checkout.
Refunds, replacements, or store credits will be offered in accordance with the ACL if products are faulty, damaged, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or not as described. To be eligible, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe and provide proof of purchase. If required, the product must be returned for inspection.
Process for Refunds and Returns

We may request photos or the return of the item before processing your claim. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method.
Exclusions
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if:
