Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We offer both standard and express shipping options within Australia, with charges calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes between three and seven business days, while express delivery is usually completed within one to three business days. International shipping is available to selected destinations, and delivery timeframes vary depending on location and local postal services. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processes, or external events are outside our responsibility, and we are unable to offer compensation for late deliveries.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification confirming shipment along with a tracking number, if applicable. Tracking allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website or app. Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once it has been scanned into the courier’s system.

Risk of Loss, Damage or Delay 

We take every precaution to ensure that orders are packed securely before dispatch. However, once an order has been collected by the courier, we are not liable for loss, theft, damage, or delay that occurs during transit. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographs of both the packaging and the damaged items. We will use this information to lodge a claim with the courier. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation on your behalf; however, replacements or refunds cannot be issued until the courier has completed their investigation.

Customer Responsibilies

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect from a post office or courier facility, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items, including adhesives, flammable liquids, and other restricted goods, may be subject to shipping limitations. Orders containing restricted products may experience additional delays, may require special handling, or may be cancelled where shipping is not possible. Customers purchasing internationally are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are permitted for import into their country.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are applied by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not accept liability for any customs-related delays, charges, or seizures.

Transfer of Risk

All risk associated with your order, including the risk of loss, theft, or damage, transfers to you once the parcel has been handed to the courier. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for issues arising from courier handling, customs processes, or delays beyond our direct control.
