frequently asked questions
your membership is billed weekly via direct debit on the same day every week. you are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and valid. failed payments will result in immediate suspension of your membership until the outstanding amount is resolved.
unused appointments and inclusions do not roll over, carry a cash value, or entitle you to a refund. it is your responsibility to book and attend your appointments within each month. we recommend booking at the start of each month to avoid missing out.
memberships cannot be paused unless we approve it at our absolute discretion for documented medical, pregnancy related, emergency, or compassionate circumstances. this is not an automatic entitlement and we may require written evidence before approving any hold.
both memberships include exactly the same inclusions and perks. the difference is simply the commitment and price.
the lock in membership is a 16 week fixed term commitment at $60 per week. it cannot be cancelled early and all payments within the 16 week term remain payable regardless of attendance or usage.
the no lock in membership is $70 per week and can be cancelled at any time with at least 7 days written notice before your next billing date. you are not locked into any fixed term.
if you know you are committed to your lash and brow routine, the lock in membership saves you $10 per week. if you prefer flexibility, the no lock in membership gives you the freedom to cancel anytime.
if you arrive late we may shorten your appointment, modify the service, or refuse the appointment entirely. your membership payment is not adjusted for late arrivals.
membership fees are non refundable for change of mind, non use, or partial use. nothing in our terms excludes any rights you may have under australian consumer law.
