Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with Belle Beauty, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before confirming your appointment. ‣ A booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee is deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment. ‣ Booking fees are non-refundable if you cancel, reschedule late, or fail to attend. If Belle Beauty cancels your appointment, your booking fee will be refunded or transferred. ‣ If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment date. ‣ If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice but more than 24 hours’ notice, your booking fee is forfeited. ‣ If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend, you will be charged the full cost of the service. ‣ Clients may reschedule up to three times; any further changes may result in cancellation and loss of the booking fee. ‣ Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a late fee may apply. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be treated as a cancellation, and you will be charged the full service fee. ‣ Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show. You will be charged the full service fee and future bookings may require full prepayment or may be declined at our discretion. By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. These terms are subject to change and the current version will always apply at the time of booking.
